Job Summary
Responsible to end-to-end Recruitment process of hiring requests – both FTE and Project Hires. Will also be responsible in handling operational process for project hires across all divisions including effective and efficient time keeping, preparation of request payments for manpower agencies and overall agency management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment
- End to end recruitment process – from sourcing to job offer
- Calibrate with the business units for their manpower request.
- Sourcing candidates,
- Conducts paper screening and interviews.
- Monitors and sets interview schedules of prospective candidates with various Group/Division Heads and executive officers as required.
- Conduct initial background investigation
- Conducts compensation analysis and recommends proposed package, Negotiates package and secure management approval on the terms of hiring
- Prepares various hiring documents (term sheet, offer sheet, etc), Endorses hiring documents to onboarding team
- Build pool of sales candidates across all regions.
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies to strengthen the company pool including, but not limited to university partnerships, and facilitating job fairs to attract qualified candidates.
Administration and Agency Management
- Handle end to end agency management including but not limited to preparing documentations and requirements for accreditation, performance evaluation, contract renewal and/or disaffiliation, and presenting to the Outsourcing Committee, and billing requirements of the deployed project hires and consultants.
- Oversees agency billing invoices.
- Validates attendance, tardiness and overtime based on the schedule of the agency personnel per business unit.
- Reviews and monitors active personnel contract if within contract period.
- Ensure that the billing template is updated and accurate prior submission.
- Attends to request for agency billing related data.
- Maintain an accurate manual database for active agency personnel
- Ensures contract rate is aligned with the minimum wage order set by DOLE on a specific area.
- Handle concerns or questions regarding agency billings
- Ensures completeness of payment process requirements and timely processing of invoices to comply within TAT and labor standards.
- It is accepted and understood that the employee may perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- At least 5 yrs. experience in recruitment from the banking, financial, fintech industry.
- Experience in validating time invoices and time keeping.
- Above average communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in passive sourcing
