As part of the overall company strategy to drive quality-based, cost-efficient, and timely service delivery, this role will be part of the MBS Employee Services organization. The successful candidate will serve as the recruitment admin support who will coordinate interview scheduling and validate job requisition and employee referrals. This role will report to the Team Lead, Recruitment Operations and partner closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors as well as Hiring Managers within regional scope.

Your Role

  • Coordination of interview arrangements between recruiters, managers, and candidates
  • Initiation of interview related services including candidate travel and room scheduling
  • Administers and monitors interview process and reschedules meetings as needed
  • Ensures data quality in the job posting and hiring process
  • Confirms alignment with job ad guidelines
  • Ensures that the requisition information is hired into correct Dept, Cost Center, Location etc.
  • Checks and validates employees who are eligible for the employee referral program
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and work on constructive feedback.
  • Maintain integrity of data in recruiting database and produce ad hoc recruiting
  • Improve efficiency, effectiveness, quality and speed of talent acquisition process by attracting passive candidates to open vacancies to support 25by25 growth ambition.
  • Understand compliance of confidentiality requirements to perform HR activities due to the sensitive nature of the work such as personnel data and sensitive information.
  • Seek opportunities for continual improvement and drive for efficiencies.

Who You Are

  • 1-2 years work experience in the same field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or any equivalent degree.
  • Open to understanding and experience in the use of HR systems and tools (i.e. Phenom, Employee Central, MyLearning, SAP P40, PeopleSoft, Workday, Success Factors, Taleo, etc.).
  • Understanding and experience in the use of Case Management systems and tools (i.e. Service Now, Neocase, etc.).
  • Adequate experience in using MS Office applications
  • Business proficiency in English
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform timely, accurately, and effectively to deliver with a constant and demanding workload.
  • Create a good level of HR knowledge (company's policy and procedures, knowledge base articles, etc.) as required for the role.
  • Able to decide effectively in managing and resolving requests/issues (cases) raised by employees, managers and local HR in a quick and effective way and when to escalate to senior advisors/Regional Head.
