About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Recruitment Admin/Analyst to support our Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role combines recruitment operations, reporting, market research, and coordination activities to ensure smooth delivery of hiring processes and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Administration
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and job posting activities
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data with accuracy and timeliness
- Support hiring documentation, offer processing, and onboarding preparation
Reporting & Presentation Creation
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards, funnel metrics, and status reports
- Design visually clear presentations to share insights and team updates with stakeholders
- Track KPIs across different hiring campaigns and flag any issues or trends
Market Research & Talent Insights
- Conduct research on talent pools, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends
- Prepare briefings and summaries for recruiters and hiring managers
- Support workforce planning and sourcing strategy development with relevant data
Team Coordination
- Act as a central point of contact for recruiter and hiring team alignment
- Coordinate team meetings, follow-ups, and documentation of action items
- Support recruitment process improvement initiatives and special projects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition support role
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and visualize data
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, or recruitment tools is an advantage
