The Role

Our role is your chance to partner with senior stakeholders and influence their recruitment requirements and strategies. Ready for a challenge We would love to talk with you!

As a Team Leader, you will provide line management and leadership for a team, including role support and pastoral support to ensure they are meeting their relevant targets, KPIs and quality thresholds to drive value for the client and for AMS.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll be doing:

OPERATIONS, COMPLIANCE, AND FINANCE

  • Monitors daily performance of the team by keeping track of volume and capacity
  • Delegates tasks and provides direction and guidance to team members
  • Maintains regular communication with team members, including conducting 1:1s and virtual team collaboration sessions.
  • Reviews demand forecasts, ensuring the team is on target and manages capacity effectively
  • Ensures compliance across the team through adherence to ISO processes, identifying and raising any risks
  • Maintains team morale and well-being, fostering an inclusive environment
  • Creates strong partnerships with all internal and external stakeholders, attending regular calls, to build an understanding of process and satisfaction in the service

LEADERSHIP

  • Ensures the administration service aligns with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
  • Provides oversight of the administration service managed by the team as guardians of quality and experience
  • Coaches administrators to deliver administration services meeting relevant targets/SLAs and fosters strong internal and external partnerships
  • Assumes Talent Management responsibilities including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, induction, objective setting, performance management, development, and trainings for all team members.
  • Serves as the first point of call for escalations, supporting the team and partnering with stakeholders to ensure quick and robust resolution
  • Recognises and rewards growth, promoting talent and addressing underperformance
  • Drives team engagement activities

INNOVATION AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Leads continuous improvement of existing services and supports new wins, scope expansion, and transformation.
  • Manages of assigned projects effectively
  • Drives efficient usage of digital Automation or technology available to the team

Skills & Experience

You'll need to demonstrate:

  • Experience leading and managing a cross functional team, including performance and underperformance management capable to give constructive feedback, lead productive team meetings and one to ones or coaching sessions.
  • Experience of managing direct client relationships - capable to appraise risks and opportunities in client's demands, new solutions, process changes.
  • Effective English business communication skills, written and oral, plus any client specific languages as required.
  • Experience in identifying and introducing process innovations.
  • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
