RECRUITMENT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

This role will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience while maintaining high-volume interview throughput and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Screen candidates via phone and video, and conduct thorough interviews to assess knowledge, skills, experience, and soft skills
- Foster candidate relationships throughout the selection process, attending monthly calibration sessions while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and meeting assigned performance metrics
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to address staffing needs, utilizing recruitment tools for effective hiring and cultivating trust with potential hires
- Communicate hiring needs in calibration meetings, participate in job fairs and recruitment events, and generate daily and weekly reports as needed
- Perform additional tasks as required, including contacting applicants regarding employment opportunities
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role, you must have...
- Educational Background: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or other related disciplines with exposure to analytics or process improvement
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency)
- Preferably 1+ year experience in Recruitment or related fields
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Preferably with high-volume hiring and Call Center BPO experience
- Proficient in various interview types and selection processes
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Flexible with shifting schedules and goal-oriented
- Uphold company values, policies, and code of conduct consistently
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and CMS
- Capable of working independently or in teams with minimal supervision
- Strong decision-making skills to promote company as best place to work
