JOB SUMMARY
The Recruitment Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process. This role provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations, making it ideal for students pursuing a career in Human Resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings or interviews, when needed
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment trackers
- Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Assist in onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements
- Prepare reports related to recruitment progress and hiring metrics
- Perform administrative and ad hoc HR tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field)
- Must be required to render internship as part of academic curriculum
- Must have own laptop for work use
- Must be able to provide the following school requirements:
Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
Endorsement letter from school
Other required internship documents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
