Participate in all Compliance Process of each applicants through applicant tracking system. Conduct a follow through on applicant's requirements and monitor and ensure 100% completion rate of applicants before the onboarding process and before endorsing the hires to training.
Responsibilities
- Monitors the completion of requirements of all applicants.
- Ensure that compliance rate is at 100%.
- Conduct a bi-weekly audit to ensure compliance is 100%.
- Conducts Financial Audit and ensures 100% accuracy on reports
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2nd year in College without back subjects.
- Business Administration Course, B.S.B.A Human Resources, and B.S Psychology Graduate or any equivalent course is a plus
- Preferably with BPO or Recruitment Experience in any field.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
- Effective and efficient in creating/writing professional emails and/or other mode of communication
- Ability to navigate video conference applications/platforms as well as calendar invites, etc.
- Responds quickly to changes in roles, structures, processes and new platforms involving Recruitment and can work under pressure/with minimum supervision.
- Highly motivated with strong sense of commitment.
- Average to Good Communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (shifting schedule)
- Willing to be assigned in Alabang
