About The Role
Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to move candidates quickly and thoughtfully through interviews, offers, and hiring. This role is coordination-heavy across time zones and calls for a proactive owner who does whatever it takes to get interviews scheduled and feedback collected on time, while providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
What You Will Do
- Partner closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to drive candidates through the interview, offer, and hiring process.
- Manage complex scheduling for remote and in-person interviews across global time zones, including travel when needed.
- Act as the point of contact and advocate for candidates throughout the process, ensuring clear, timely communication.
- Prioritise and manage multiple Talent Partners and candidates while providing world-class service.
- Collect and organise interviewer feedback after each conversation so Talent Partners have the data to move candidates forward quickly.
- Keep ATS records accurate and up to date, with strong data hygiene and attention to detail.
- Support the Talent team on procedure, process, and project improvements.
- Bring positive energy, a collaborative mindset, and a lean-in attitude to meet SLAs and team objectives every day.
What You Bring
- 2+ years in recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling for global teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English with clear, professional communication.
- Strength in calendars, time zones, and conflict resolution under shifting priorities.
- ATS experience, ideally Greenhouse, plus strong Google Workspace and Slack skills.
- A proactive, outcomes-driven approach and high ownership of details.
Work hours and logistics
- Remote in the Philippines.
- Ability to support 3 to 4 hours of overlap with teams in the UK, Argentina, US Pacific, and APJ time zones.
