Xenon Health, a nationwide healthcare management company, is seeking a Recruiting Associate for a full-time, fully on-site position in Quezon City, working night shifts aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, and other providers to support our client facilities across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified healthcare providers for client sites, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations
• Coordinate and manage schedules between clients and healthcare providers to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentials and documentation for all healthcare providers
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and healthcare providers
• Remain accessible via phone and text for a few hours outside working hours to address urgent needs when necessary

Benefits

• $7/hour base rate
• $120/month transportation allowance
• $2/day coffee allowance
