Job Description
Atlas Capture is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical roles, including high-volume hiring for production and operations teams. This role is critical in ensuring we attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates efficiently while delivering a positive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has hands-on experience recruiting for BPO, IT, shared services, or similar operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through job offer
- Post job ads on Indeed and other recruitment platforms
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Provide timely updates and professional communication to applicants
- Support onboarding and pre-employment requirements
- Assist hiring managers in meeting volume and timeline hiring targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience (high-volume hiring is a strong advantage)
- Experience recruiting for BPO, IT, shared services, or operational roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
- Willing to work onsite when required
