Hiring: Recruiter (RPO)

Location: BGC Taguig

Salary: Up to 47,000

Work set up: Night shift - Full onsite

Required Qualification:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center environment (voice or voice + non-voice) and customer care operation
• Excellent conversational English communication skills
• Willing to do multiple outbound calls to source candidates and employers for job matching opportunities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the needs of both U.S. healthcare employers and applicants, address concerns, manage multiple stakeholders, and facilitate successful career placements.
• Opportunity-focused mindset, with a demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities while driving customer and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualification:

• At least 1 year of solid recruitment experience in a U.S. RPO setting or 6 months of experience in volume hiring or seasonal recruitment. (Candidates without direct experience may also be considered if they demonstrate excellent objection-handling skills and the ability to confidently control and navigate conversations
