Executes end-to-end recruitment process for job openings under the assigned units (sourcing, screening, and selection up to offer preparation, negotiation, and closing of candidates)
Manages the recruiting pipeline including determining resource needs, sourcing activities, conducting assessments, and managing the referral process
Fulfills hiring of assigned job openings within agreed timelines while balancing high fill rate
Ensures accuracy and availability of records and reports concerning all phases of recruitment
Assists the Recruitment Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any Business-related fields, Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources or its equivalent
With at least two (2) years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in ECommerce, FinTech, Insurance, and Lending
Open to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
Open to work on a fixed-term contract for at least 3 to 6 months
Ability to collaborate and work well with teammates, candidates, and stakeholders in both local and multicultural environments
Good communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
Can operate with a high degree of integrity and maintain the confidentiality of information
