About The Job
The Recruiter's primary responsibility is to work closely with the candidates and stakeholders to support finding the best talent in the organization.
What You'll Do
- Provide recruitment and selection support to Talent Acquisition and Business units across Home Credit PH
- Partner with TA team in building effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
- Helps in recruiting, screening candidates and in providing timely, detailed interview feedbacks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from beginning to end including managing scheduling and logistics for all interviews between candidates and hiring managers while owning recruitment life cycle responsibilities.
- Building deep partnerships to understand the hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business, and team dynamics and form recruiting plans.
- Developing sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates through methods such as web sourcing, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, social networking, etc.
- Builds quality relationship with internal customers and external recruiting partners.
- helps out in preparing recruitment reports
- Contributes to providing special projects & process improvements internal to the team.
What You Need To Have
- Open to fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience
- Good knowledge and background in end-to-end recruitment across various skills, levels, and positions in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and business situations
