Mr. Sus LLC is a digital media company spanning YouTube channels, animation content, Facebook pages, and a UEFN/Fortnite shop business. We're growing fast and looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us build our team.

About the Role

We're hiring a Recruiter to identify, screen, and hire qualified candidates across various roles — from creative talent to developers and remote professionals. You'll own the process from sourcing through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through OnlineJobs.ph, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other recruitment platforms
• Review resumes and applications
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline in Monday.com
• Communicate with applicants professionally and promptly
• Support the overall hiring process from sourcing to onboarding

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Comfortable conducting interviews
• Familiarity with OnlineJobs.ph, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other sourcing platforms
• Working knowledge of Monday.com (required)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
• Reliable internet connection and a proper home office setup
• College graduate - preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for tech, gaming, UEFN, or creative roles
• Experience hiring developers, video editors, VAs, or other remote professionals
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS tools
