Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions.
Source, screen, and assess qualified technical candidates.

Meet recruitment targets while maintaining quality of hire.

Qualifications

Must have proven experience in Technical Recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT and technical roles.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
