Job Summary
As a
Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals within our national client network. You will serve as the bridge between candidates and healthcare facilities, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial outreach through placement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and excels at relationship building, pipeline management, and delivering high-quality placements.
Key Functional Areas Of Responsibility
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and database searches.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, licensure, and role fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate job opportunities, compensation, and expectations clearly to candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Present qualified candidates aligned with client requirements.
- Support offers discussions, candidate acceptance, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline updates, and recruitment activity tracking.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of healthcare staffing or the medical imaging industry preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple candidate pipelines in a fast-paced setting.
- High level of accountability for activity tracking and recruitment performance.
