Compensation
- $700 USD per month (base salary)
- +$100$300 USD monthly performance bonus, depending on results

What You'll Be Doing
- Running the recruitment process from start to finish posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Attracting top talent from different countries and cultures
- Keeping our hiring process organized and efficient
- Working closely with hiring managers who truly value your input
- Building a strong pipeline of talented people for future opportunities
Who We're Looking For
We'd love to meet you if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- At least 1 year recruiting for APAC or European countries
- Confidence conducting various interview types
- Friendly, clear, professional communication skills
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- E-commerce experience is a plus
