Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates using platforms such as:

- Internal databases
- Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews
- Evaluate communication skills, experience, professionalism, and fit
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
- Maintain organized pipelines and candidate records
- Communicate consistently and professionally with candidates
- Help improve recruiting workflows and hiring systems
- Work within ATS platforms such as Manatal or similar systems
- Move quickly while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting remote/offshore talent
- Experience recruiting for staffing agencies, VA companies, BPOs, or recruitment firms
- Strong understanding of hiring for North American businesses
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Reliable internet and work setup
- Ability to work with EST overlap when required
