Overview
We are seeking a Recruiter to support our RPO partnership with a leading renewable energy company. This role manages full-cycle hiring and ensures a smooth, efficient process for both candidates and Hiring Managers.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
• Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers, providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, recruitment strategy, and process expectations.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and/or blue-collar roles
• Serve as a team player, partnering with sourcers and onboarding coordinators providing them the appropriate details to assist. Maintain accurate data and workflow compliance in the ATS.
• Meet agreed SLAs and support a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in recruitment (RPO, in-house, or agency).
• Experience with manufacturing, corporate, or service roles for renewal energy preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS (Ideally Success Factors) and sourcing tools.
• Desire to be a part of a high performing team is a must.
• Ability to work quickly and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
