Job Description

THE ROLE

DOXA Talent is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role is accountable for delivering exceptional candidates and outstanding experiences to both clients and hiring managers. As a Recruiter, you will own the process from intake to offer, ensuring clarity, speed, and consistency across all stages of hiring. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder, a strong communicator, and a results-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Candidate Management

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process to offer and hire.
  • Act as the single point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, transparent, and positive experience.
  • Proactively source top talent using a variety of channels, including direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

Client &Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with franchisees / corporate sales, and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and success factors.
  • Participate in client and sales calibration calls as necessary.
  • Provide regular updates and data-driven recommendations to the Head of Recruiting and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency across geographies, aligning with global standards while adapting to local needs.

Process &Accountability

  • Take full accountability for each job order – from opening to closing – ensuring clarity of ownership and outcomes.
  • Deliver against hiring goals, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Use recruiting tools, systems, and data to track progress, improve efficiency, and report on results.
  • Champion best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's degree in the related field
  • 6 months to 2 yrs in BPO, tech industry, leading high-volume hiring, target 15+ hires per month.
  • Data-driven, goal-oriented, process-oriented, and methodical
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication, and leadership skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail and numbers
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
