Job Description

Job Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services within a captive/shared services environment, supporting global or regional business units. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent while ensuring compliance with company standards, service-level agreements (SLAs), and local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements across supported business units
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring adherence to established SLAs and hiring targets
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, employee referrals, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct structured screening and interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and organizational fit
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience aligned with employer branding standards
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity and reporting compliance
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and applicable labor laws
  • Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and support teams to ensure smooth candidate transition and onboarding
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular reports to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a captive/shared services or BPO environment
  • Familiarity with high-volume hiring and structured hiring processes
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and documentation standards
