About the Role

As a Hybrid Recruiter at BruntWork, you'll conduct face-to-face screening interviews during your onsite days and spend the rest of the week sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent for international clients.

About the Company

Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely for most of the week while collaborating onsite twice a week at our client's office in Cubao, Quezon City. At BruntWork, we believe in ownership, accountability, and results. We value trust, responsiveness, and initiative—we don't micromanage or require time clocks, but we do expect you to be available during your scheduled shift and consistently deliver results. Transportation expenses for required onsite work are covered. Performance incentives are uncapped once hiring targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and facilitate the hiring of candidates who match client requirements, including skills, experience, compensation expectations, and culture fit.
• Conduct both virtual and onsite screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process, including offer discussions and acceptance.
• Manage multiple active job requisitions while maintaining hiring quality and turnaround times.
• Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, data privacy, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, or a similar recruitment role.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, or other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple active requisitions while meeting hiring targets and turnaround times.
• Willingness to report onsite twice per week at our client's office in Cubao, Quezon City.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in international recruitment.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques.
