Role Description

Nexin Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive Remote Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment operations for our Australian client portfolio. In this role, you will act as a strategic talent partner, taking full ownership of the talent acquisition pipeline from initial sourcing to onboarding coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Execute aggressive and creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-caliber talent.
  • End-to-End Screening: Design and publish compelling job postings, review resumes, and conduct rigorous behavioral and technical interviews to ensure an ideal client match.
  • Database Management: Continually build, organize, and maintain an exclusive, highly structured candidate database for future project placement.
  • HR Administration: Handle essential HR administrative workflows and tracking to maintain a seamless, organized recruitment process.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and collaborate closely with leadership to refine hiring strategies and understand shifting labor dynamics.

Qualifications
  • Offshore Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience working within an offshore recruitment or BPO framework, successfully managing and filling high-volume, multi-disciplinary roles.
  • Australian Market Exposure: Direct experience partnering with Australian clients, with a solid understanding of the AU labor market, localized hiring nuances, or employment regulations.
  • Industry Versatility: A strong track record of recruiting across diverse industries. Specialized experience hiring for legal, marketing, and executive roles is a distinct advantage.
  • Advanced Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in modern talent mapping, headhunting techniques, and utilizing advanced sourcing platforms.
  • Autonomous Drive: Proven ability to work productively in a fully remote environment, displaying exceptional time management and structured workflow discipline.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
