Role Description
The Recreation Manager is responsible for planning, developing and overseeing a wide range of recreational, leisure, wellness and family activities at Dusit Hotels and Resorts Cebu. The role leads the recreation team, manages daily operations, resources and schedules, monitors guest feedback and safety standards, manages budgets and develops new concepts to increase guest engagement, satisfaction and revenue.
A key responsibility will be to activate and further develop the newly opened Club House, creating a vibrant programme of activities and experiences. This includes introducing and maximising facilities such as the pickleball court, convertible basketball court and bowling area, as well as developing additional sports, wellness, family and social activities.
The Recreation Manager will also work closely with Sales, Marketing, F&B and other departments to create attractive Club House programmes, events and membership initiatives, with a strong focus on increasing participation, acquiring new members, improving member retention and generating additional revenue.
