Position Summary
As the Records-to-Report (R2R) Manager, you're responsible for leading the end-to-end financial close and reporting process, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information across all business units. You will drive compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, oversee financial reporting activities, develop high-performing teams, and champion process standardization and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reporting excellence.
What you'll do
- Direct monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing cycles, enforcing strict group-wide timelines and quality standards for all business units.
- Ensure accuracy through rigorous analysis and review processes, including Trial Balance review, profit proofing, flux analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of monthly financial reports, quarterly consolidated financial statements, and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory/statutory requirements while managing crucial relationships with external auditors.
- Supervise, train, and actively mentor the R2R team, fostering Monde Nissin's 3Cs (i.e., Continuous Learning with a Growth Mindset, Collaboration with Empathy, Care with Action).
- Champion standardization initiatives and automation projects to streamline reporting, operational, and accounting processes, thereby boosting efficiency in financial reporting.
What you'll bring
Your strong passion to learn and accelerate your career, backed up with the following experience and knowledge:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is essential
- Requires a minimum of 8+ years in Financial Accounting, with at least 5+ years demonstrated experience in a managerial role; prior audit experience is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required; a Master's degree is considered an advantage.
- Expertise in IFRS and local GAAP is mandatory, along with proficiency in large-scale ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and advanced Excel skills.
- Must possess strong analytical, communication, leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
