Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring the timely and accurate period-end close.
- Prepare and submit quarterly and annual financial reports, adhering to IFRS for external Group reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local GAAP and manage direct tax reporting and obligations.
- Review and complete balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and SOX controls.
- Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring successful audit results.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset by eliminating inefficiencies and non-value adding activities.
- Utilize technology to optimize and standardize financial processes.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the team to maximize performance and growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with international stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in people management.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including IFRS and local GAAP.
- Experience managing full-cycle financial reporting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
