Job Description

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite - Dayshift

Location: BGC, Taguig

Industry: Shared Services | FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring the timely and accurate period-end close.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly and annual financial reports, adhering to IFRS for external Group reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local GAAP and manage direct tax reporting and obligations.
  • Review and complete balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy.
  • Enforce adherence to company policies and SOX controls.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring successful audit results.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset by eliminating inefficiencies and non-value adding activities.
  • Utilize technology to optimize and standardize financial processes.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the team to maximize performance and growth.

Qualifications:


  • Experience collaborating with international stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Experience managing full-cycle financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
