Job Description

Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of core accounting operations
Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including finance leaders, auditors, and service partners.
Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Support business continuity and risk management activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Record to Report Manager should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in accounting operations or shared services, with 2+ years in a supervisory or specialist role.
Strong R2R or end to end finance experience
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop big teams.
Handled R2R operations for other regions, ideally North America.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a shared service or multinational environment is a plus. Proactive and results-focused
