Job Description

Turn financial data into trusted business decisions

As a Record to Report Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient accounting processes, and strong financial controls. Working within a global shared services environment, you'll support month-end and year-end closing activities, manage financial master data, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting, while helping drive continuous process improvements. Your role

  • Manage and maintain accounting and controlling master data, including cost centers, cost accounts, hierarchies, and internal orders.
  • Administer fixed asset accounting activities, including asset creation, transfers, disposals, reporting, and inventory coordination.
  • Process and reconcile intercompany transactions and support the resolution of related inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including asset valuation, foreign exchange valuation, and balance sheet reclassifications.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls, company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support operational excellence across finance activities.
  • Work effectively with SAP, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office tools to support daily finance operations.

Your profile

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business-related field.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally within Record-to-Report (R2R) operations.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting processes, and month-end close activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in a Shared Services organization or multinational company.
  • Experience using SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Exposure to fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, or master data management.
  • Experience participating in process improvement or finance transformation initiatives.
