Job Summary: We are seeking a high-caliber Finance Leader to head our Record to Report (RTR) operations for the Australia and New Zealand markets. This role is pivotal in managing the transition of financial accounting activities to our Manila hub while driving a robust continuous improvement and service excellence agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end accounting and financial reporting, including period-end close and IFRS reporting packages.
- Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax returns for Australia and New Zealand entities.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and Local GAAP.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of senior managers and professionals.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and external auditors.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a multinational or Big 4 firm.
- At least 4 years of leadership experience (managing other managers).
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP and experience with AU/NZ financial standards.
