About the Role
Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Analyst Reconciliation to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in account reconciliation and month-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and review account reconciliations, including general ledger, bank, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts
- Perform month-end activities, such as preparing and uploading journal entries
- Manage and clear open items, including timely coordination with stakeholders on aged accounts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of reconciliations and adjustments
What We're Looking For
- At least 1.5 years of experience in account reconciliation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (4-year course)
- CPA certification is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work morning or night shifts
