Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12 years of relevant experience in administrative or receptionist roles, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willing to work on-site in San Juan City, Metro Manila.

Job Overview:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing emails, handling data entry, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Monitor office supply levels and coordinate replenishment as necessary.
  • Perform other general office tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations.
