Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area is clean and organized
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming documents, messages, and deliveries
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate applicant appointments with hiring managers
  • Assist in screening and initial assessment of job applicants (resume sorting, basic qualification checks)
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking records and recruitment files
  • Post job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms
  • Assist in organizing interviews, exams, and onboarding requirements for new hires
  • Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, requirements, and updates
  • Support HR in documentation such as job offers, contracts, and employee records
  • Ensure confidentiality of applicant and employee information
  • Provide administrative support to HR and office operations as needed

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any related course
  • Must have experience in front desk, HR Recruitment or admin functions
  • Can handle calls, visitors, and office inquiries professionally
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and email correspondence
  • Presentable and customer-service oriented
  • Organized, reliable, and can multitask
