About The Job
The main role is to welcome and attend to the needs of employees and HCPH guests in their use of the office facilities and to help make their stay and use of office space and assets as efficient, safe and productive as possible.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges/ID as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and messengerial related documents.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Answering & screening phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Assist Facilities Assistant in inventory and monitoring of supplies
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Provide excellent customer service including ushering to executives/visitors

What You Need To Have
- - Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist or in related field in a BPO/Corporate or office setting.
- - Consistent, professional dress and manner .
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- - Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- - Good time management skills & with pleasing personality
- - Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- - Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required .
