Assists walk-in guests, clients, unit owners, tenants, etc. on their inquiries and liaises them to appropriate units or individuals.
Receives and relays business calls and messages to appropriate units or individuals.
Receives, sorts, and distributes mails and utility bills to different units or individuals.
Monitors the complaints of unit owners or tenants and relays them to the appropriate units and makes necessary follow-ups on the progress of the complaints when needed.
Monitors and records log-in and log-out time of guests, unit owners, tenants, and employees.
Responsible for boardroom and meeting room reservations.
Coordinates with the Superior for problems or concerns encountered and instructions.
Prepares and submits required reports.

Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Education: BS Degree Holder
Work Experience: At least 1 year work experience in performing the same capacity
Communication: Proficient oral and written English communication
Technical Competence
Knowledgeable and with experience in handling Office Administration, purchasing,housekeeping services
Ability to present ideas and coordinate with suppliers
Can negotiate arrangements with internal and external people to arrive at a win-win solution
Has eyes for details in checking billings and reports
Can mentally adjust to varying situations

Responsive in providing customer service to tenant / unit owners concerns queries
