Qualifications and Standards
> Preferably College or High school diploma
> Height must be 5'3
> Basic computer literate
> Active listening and good communication skills
> Flexibility to work in shifts
> Can work multitasking and with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
> Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
Duties And Responsibilities
> Ensure every guest feels care for valued and respected
> Escorts customers to accommodations
> Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
> Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
> Directs and instructs the dining room personnel on customer needs to ensure customers receive fast and quality service from the moment they arrive.
> Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name
> Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
> Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables
> Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
