Job Description

  • Accommodate guests, clients and inquiries at the reception area.
  • Assist and accommodate visitors to their contact person
  • Ensure clean and presentable conference room and Reception Area.
  • Manages the Conference Room and Meeting room booking
  • caters of access pass, such as gate pass, visitors pass, work permit, vehicle, and parking reservation
  • Ensure update and accurate timekeeping ( HK and Security )
  • Perform other related task

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience as Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, such as teamwork, collaboration, written and oral communication, and presentation proficiency.
  • With Pleasing Personality.
  • Minimum 5'4 Height.
  • Can work 6 days a week.
