What's the Role About
The Receiving & Inspection Specialist supports the receiving, inspection, and acceptance of inbound aircraft materials to ensure compliance with aviation regulations, company standards, and operational requirements. The role is responsible for verifying material condition, quantity, and documentation accuracy while maintaining proper inventory records and material traceability. Working closely with warehouse, logistics, and maintenance teams, the Associate helps ensure that only compliant materials are accepted into inventory and made available for operations.
Major Responsibilities
- Perform receiving inspections of inbound aircraft materials and verify compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Review and validate material documentation, including airworthiness certificates and traceability records.
- Verify the quantity, condition, and completeness of delivered materials.
- Assist in identifying, documenting, and resolving receiving discrepancies such as damaged items, incorrect deliveries, or missing documentation.
- Accurately record receiving and inspection transactions in RAMCO, SAP, or similar inventory systems.
- Support the timely processing of urgent and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) material requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth material receipt and movement.
- Ensure proper handling, segregation, and storage of materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness through proper documentation and recordkeeping.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance receiving efficiency, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
Who Are We Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or work experience is an advantage.
Experience & Skills
- At least 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, receiving, inventory control, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, RAMCO, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review documents and records.
- Good problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn aviation material handling, regulatory requirements, and warehouse compliance procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
