Rebate Operations Specialist

Our client, a global manufacturing company, is looking for a Rebate Specialist to join its shared services finance team in Makati.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer rebates and deviation pricing contracts

Validate rebate credits and pricing information

Monitor and audit open chargebacks and credits

Investigate rebate discrepancies and negative rebates

Prepare weekly and monthly pricing reports

Handle rebate and pricing inquiries from Sales and other stakeholders

Support process improvements and ad hoc reporting

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Background in Rebates, Credit, Pricing, Claims, Customer Service, AR, or related operations
• Comfortable with Excel macros and lookup formulas such as VLOOKUP
• Strong written English communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• SAP and/or Vendavo experience is a plus
• Open to candidates from any industry

Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH

Fixed night shift aligned with US business hours
