Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Davao del Sur for the role of Real Time Analyst. The Real Time Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing real-time workforce performance, managing schedules, and implementing workforce planning and processes to ensure operational efficiency. Key daily tasks include tracking call volumes, adjusting schedules, communicating updates to relevant teams, and utilizing workforce management tools to maintain optimal service levels.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret real-time data to optimize workforce operations
  • Workforce Management and Workforce Planning expertise, including schedule monitoring and capacity planning
  • Proficiency with eWFM or similar workforce management tools
  • Excellent Communication skills for coordinating across teams and ensuring optimal workflow
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Previous experience in a related role and proficiency in call center operations are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Business Administration or Management) is preferred
