Roles And Responsibilities

Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering staffing, service levels, adherence, and other operational metrics
Analyze trends and identify variances in key performance indicators to provide actionable insights
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all reports and data outputs
Collaborate with Workforce Management and Operations teams to understand and deliver reporting requirements
Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks to support evolving business needs
Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Develop dashboards and visual reporting tools to improve data accessibility and interpretation
Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide data-driven recommendations
Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies through validation and reconciliation processes
Document reporting processes and maintain clear guidelines to ensure consistency
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and analytics capabilities
Engage stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and present insights in a clear, structured manner

Requirements

At least 6 months of Real Time Analyst/Workforce experience in a BPO setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work independently
Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
