Role / Scope
- Long-term, dedicated Virtual Assistant to support my commercial real estate brokerage business in Los Angeles
- Start part-time at 20 hours/week, with the goal of increasing up to 30-40 hours/week if it's a good fit
- I work roughly 9am-5pm Pacific and need at least 2-4 hours of daily overlap with my day (the rest can be flexible/asynchronous)
Key Tasks
- Email + calendar management (triage inbox, schedule/confirm meetings and property tours)
- Maintain a deal pipeline/CRM: update stages, dates, estimated commissions; send a simple weekly pipeline summary
- Create/update basic tour books, one-pagers, and simple slide decks from templates (Google Docs/Sheets/Slides or PowerPoint)
- Organize property files in Google Drive (photos, aerials, marketing packages)
- Draft follow-up emails after meetings/tours based on my notes or voice memos
- Track key client/prospect touchpoints (last contact, next follow-up)
VA Profile I'm looking for:
- Very strong written and spoken English (U.S. client-facing email quality)
- Strong with Google Workspace and spreadsheets; detail-oriented and organized
- Proactive, reliable, and interested in a long-term role who can grow with my business
