Job Summary
Everything Virtual Assistant (EVA) is seeking a dynamic and organized Virtual Assistant to support our client's real estate sales team. The VA will drive lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, and CRM management, contributing to sales growth through exceptional client engagement. BoldTrail CRM, and a proactive mindset to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Follow-Up: Quickly engage and nurture a high volume of real estate leads via phone and email to build rapport.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange appointments for prospective clients with the sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in BoldTrail CRM.
- Lead Nurturing: Enhance lead conversion through consistent, timely communication and follow-up.
- Support Sales Goals: Boost lead conversion rates to help the team achieve sales targets.
- Adaptable Task Management: Take on additional administrative or support tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate or sales support, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone-based interaction abilities.
- Proficiency in BoldTrail CRM (or similar CRM systems) and quick adaptability to new tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple leads with precision.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve performance goals.
