Real Estate VA

Responsibilities:

• Manage Lofty CRM, including lead entry, templates, campaigns, landing pages, and automated follow-ups
• Monitor and follow up with leads from RealEstateAgents.com, Sold.com, and other approved sources through calls, texts, and email
• Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and coordinate calendars through Calendly
• Communicate with clients, provide information, and coordinate appointments through phone, text, and email
• Support daily social media activities across Instagram and TikTok using Canva templates and approved real estate content
• Create and update seller and buyer presentations, guides, and other marketing materials using existing templates
• Edit client-provided videos using CapCut or similar video-editing tools
• Monitor and support Google Reviews and related client engagement activities

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with clear pronunciation and confident communication
• Experience in administrative support, lead management, or similar support roles
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and AI tools
• CRM management experience, preferably with Lofty
• Experience with Canva, Google Reviews, Sold.com, RealEstateAgents.com, Zillow, CapCut, IG Edits, or similar tools
• Real estate industry experience is a strong advantage
