As our Transaction Coordinator, you will ensure smooth and timely real estate transactions. This role is crucial for keeping everything organized from contract to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the Process: Manage transactions from executed agreement to successful close.
  • Bridge the Gaps: Sync title, escrow, mortgage, and appraisal workflows.
  • Own the Updates: Lead communication with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
  • Check the Boxes: Ensure total file compliance with the office broker.
  • Stick the Landing: Coordinate moving dates and possession timelines.
  • Seal the Deal: Oversee the scheduling and execution of closings.
  • Master the Data: Input and manage vital client info in our CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ months in RE Transaction Coordination.
  • Communication: High-level written and verbal English proficiency.
  • Mindset: Extreme attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
  • Efficiency: Strong scheduling, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
