As our Transaction Coordinator, you will ensure smooth and timely real estate transactions. This role is crucial for keeping everything organized from contract to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Process: Manage transactions from executed agreement to successful close.
- Bridge the Gaps: Sync title, escrow, mortgage, and appraisal workflows.
- Own the Updates: Lead communication with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
- Check the Boxes: Ensure total file compliance with the office broker.
- Stick the Landing: Coordinate moving dates and possession timelines.
- Seal the Deal: Oversee the scheduling and execution of closings.
- Master the Data: Input and manage vital client info in our CRM.
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ months in RE Transaction Coordination.
- Communication: High-level written and verbal English proficiency.
- Mindset: Extreme attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Efficiency: Strong scheduling, coordination, and time management skills.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Technical Requirements
