ROLE: Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (experience in US real estate is required)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- :Prepare and manage real estate contracts and transaction documents
- .Track critical contract dates and transaction deadlines
- .Ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted on time
- .Maintain accurate transaction files and records
- .Enter and update property listings in the MLS or other listing platforms
- .Organize digital files and maintain a structured document management system
- .Verify that listing information is accurate and complete
- .Send contracts, disclosures, and required forms to clients
- .Respond to client inquiries and provide transaction updates
- .Coordinate communication between clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction
- .Follow up with team members regarding outstanding documents and action items
- .Monitor transaction progress and ensure deadlines are met
- .Maintain checklists and provide regular status updates
- .Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
