Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients through calls, emails, chat, and other outreach channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and business decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales performance metrics and quotas.
- Stay informed about market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a high-performance sales environment.
- Experience in the real estate industry and understands real-estate terminologies.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Proven experience nurturing leads and successfully closing deals.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Confident in engaging decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Effective negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
