Real Estate Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Content: Manage Flodesk workflows and weekly newsletters, send post-transaction review requests, design property sites and flyers using Canva, and handle 3–4 weekly Instagram posts, Facebook Marketplace ads, and group moderation.
• Administrative Support: Prepare buyer and listing consultation packets, pull CMA data for annual reviews, and manage inbox triage.
• Lead Follow-Up: Nurture existing leads and past subscribers via email, respond to Facebook Marketplace inquiries to book calls, and follow up with open house attendees and showing agents

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills
• Should have real estate experience
• Should have Flodesk experience
• Comfortable working with existing Canva and Flodesk templates
• Previous experience working in the real estate industry
