The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for managing and marketing Alveo Land's real estate portfolio (condo, residential lots, office and commercial lots) in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Developing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers through online and offline platforms.
- Negotiating deals with clients, site visit tours and facilitating documents to complete a sale.
- Advise clients about real estate market conditions, prices and investment potential of products.
- Meet required sales quota every quarter.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not required
- Preferably with sales background (insurance, car, retail, etc)
