Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Represent Ayala Land Premier's prestigious developments through strategic marketing, exclusive events, and high-impact sales initiatives.
  • Identify leads, conduct presentations, negotiate deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients by providing expert guidance and exceptional service.
  • Expand and maximize your social and professional network to grow a strong client base.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, legal requirements, and investment opportunities to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while unlocking attractive incentives and career growth opportunities.

Work Setup

  • Full-time, primarily office-based in Makati, with potential travel for client meetings, events, open houses, and site manning.
  • 5 working days per week with a combination of on-site work, work-from-home setup, and booth/site manning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (or at least 72 completed college/university units).
  • Less than 1 year of experience preferred; sales experience is an advantage.
  • Career shifters are welcome.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, sales management, lead generation, and cold-calling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented, motivated, personable, and adaptable.
  • Good network of high-net-worth personalities is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in social media targeting and digital networking is preferred.

Compensation and Incentives

  • Minimum commission of ₱500,000 per sale.
  • Monthly allowance starting at ₱18,000, with increases based on sales performance.
  • Cash incentives and travel incentives.
  • Career growth opportunities within the organization.
